I don't know if it is the same...Poor littl Boo. I don't know if it is the same for a pup as a kitty but I have been battling lack of appetite, vomiting and wobbling walking with my 16 y/o cat. I "finally" got her back!! <br /><br />I will mention this in case it is of any help at all to Boo. I got Slippery Elm (from our health food store) - it's like tums for animals, then gave her at least 20 different canned foods to choose from - anything to get her to eat! She finally did.<br /><br />I also figured out her wobbling was because her phosphorus levels were too high so I've been able to control that with an additive to her food. I don't know if it will help Boo, but the Slippery Elm is completely non-toxic.
